Return & Exchange Policy
• Refunds and returns are not available.
• Exchange is only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
• Clear photos or a video of the issue may be required for verification.
• The replacement parcel will be dispatched first.
• Exchange will only be completed when the original item is handed over to the courier rider at the time of delivery of the replacement parcel.
• If the original item is not returned, the exchange request will be canceled.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for exchange.
